Animal Production: Indonesian Journal of Animal Production is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Animal Science, Jenderal Soedirman University in association with the Animal Scientist Society of Indonesia (ISPI), the Indonesian Association of Nutrition and Feed Science (AINI), and the Indonesian Veterinary Medical Association (PDHI). The journal was established in 1999 and gained its first accreditation No. 52/Dikti/Kep/2002 by the Directorate General of Higher Education (DIKTI), Department of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia subsequently followed by accreditation No. 81/DIKTI/Kep/2011. The latest accreditation was in 2017 by the Directorate General or Research and Development, Ministry of Research and Technology and Higher Education (Kemristekdikti) No. 32a/E/KPT/2017. Animal Production: Indonesian Journal of Animal Production is listed in SINTA index and gained Score 2 No. 30/E/KPT/2018. Animal Production: Indonesian Journal of Animal Production publishes three times a year, starting in 2005 and available online since May 4, 2011. The journal coverage focused on small-scale livestock farming and technologies, including the recent scientific development in animal production, including all aspects of nutrition, breeding, reproduction, post-harvest processing, and socio-economics. Animal Production: Indonesian Journal of Animal Production has been indexed by Crossref, SINTA, Google Scholar, BASE, OAJI, and Dimensions. Starting Vol. 22 No. 1 (2020), the papers have been and will be published on our new website (http://jap.fapet.unsoed.ac.id), as the continuation of our previous but still active website (http://animalproduction.net).
